Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via DPD, providing reliable delivery services, including tracking and delivery notifications where available.
3. Processing Times
Orders for in-stock Products are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order (reserved) Products are not subject to standard processing times and will be dispatched once available, as outlined in Section 3A.
During peak periods or pre-launch phases, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
3A. Pre-Orders / Reserved Products
Some of our Products are offered on a pre-order or “reserve” basis. This means the Product is not yet in stock and is being made available in limited quantities prior to general release.
By placing an order for a pre-order Product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Product is not available for immediate dispatch
- Any delivery timelines shown elsewhere in this Shipping Policy do not apply until the Product has been dispatched
- Dispatch will occur once the Product becomes available, which may be subject to manufacturing, quality control, or supply timelines
- Any estimated dispatch dates (if provided) are indicative only and not guaranteed
We will communicate updates regarding expected dispatch where appropriate.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we reserve the right to:
- Hold the order until all items are available, or
- Dispatch items separately
4. Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes below apply only once an order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- France: 2–5 business days
- Other destinations (if available): 3–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom and France on all orders.
Other Destinations:
Shipping fees for other locations (where available) are calculated at checkout.
6. Delivery Terms
Delivery is deemed complete once the Products are delivered to the address provided.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
We shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Courier issues outside our control
- Customs clearance delays
- Force majeure events
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (e.g. incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, failure to collect), we reserve the right to:
- Deduct any shipping and return costs incurred
- Charge additional fees for re-delivery
8. Partial Deliveries
Where Products are not all available, we may deliver orders in instalments. If we are unable to fulfil part of your order, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
You must inspect your order upon delivery.
Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported:
- Without delay, and
- In line with the timelines set out in our Terms and Conditions
We may request photographic evidence before issuing a refund or replacement.
10. Returns & Shipping Interaction
This section supplements Article 9 (Returns and Refunds) of our Terms and Conditions.
Original Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
Free Shipping Orders (UK & France):
Where an order qualifies for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from any refund if:
- The return is not due to fault or error, and
- The return results in cancellation of the order
Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the Product is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned to Sender Orders:
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, we may:
- Deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund, or
- Require payment of re-shipping fees
International Returns:
Any customs duties, taxes, or return fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from refunds.
11. Product Packaging & Hygiene
All Products are factory sealed to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with cannot be returned, unless defective.
Returned Products must remain in their original sealed condition in accordance with our Returns Policy.
12. Restrictions
All Products comply with applicable shipping regulations. None of our Products contain flammable or hazardous materials.
